Our workshops based around African drumming and movement are an excellent way of helping people shake off tension, stress and anxiety. Sessions consist of non-competitive games, letting off steam and having fun. African Drums have been used by communities for centuries to communicate, celebrate and prepare for different events. It is one of the oldest known form of team building activity.
